We had a wonderful Community Dinner in the Common House on Thursday. Joan was the head chef, assisted by Adam, Chuck, Lorraine and Terri. We served about 40 people, which must be a record!
The menu included a Creamy Coconut Milk Chicken over rice – also a vegan version, Cucumber Avocado Salad, and for dessert, Daniela’s fabulous home-made pies!
